You Know I Know Ships To Kentucky For Fayette

INGLEWOOD, Calif. (October 23, 2013)—You Know I Know, who won an optional claimer by 4 ¾ lengths over Cushion Track June 1 before finishing third in the Grade I Pacific Classic at Del Mar, will make his first start at Keeneland in the $200,000 Hagyard Fayette Stakes Saturday.

A Grade II for older horses at 1 1/8 miles over Polytrack, the Fayette is the closing day feature and the ninth of 10 races. Scheduled post time is 2:21 p.m. PDT. Track gates at Betfair Hollywood Park will open at 10 a.m. for simulcasts.

Owned by Anthony Chacon, Gino Mangini and Paul Mangini, Jr. and trained by John Sadler, You Know I Know ships to Kentucky after finishing eighth of 10 in the Grade I Awesome Again Stakes Sept. 28 at Santa Anita.

A 4-year-old gelded son of Simon Pure and the Notebook mare Magic Show, You Know I Know has won five of 19 and earned $330,080. Two of his victories have come over synthetic surfaces.
