INGLEWOOD, Calif. (June 8, 2012)—The field was reduced to four Friday night in the $3,000 winner-take-all Show Me The Money –Presented by Golden Nugget Las Vegas – contest at Betfair Hollywood Park.

The free challenge, which began May 6 with 1,738 players, requires a participant to choose one horse each racing day – in six designated races – at least 10 minutes prior to the first race. The selected horse must finish first, second or third for a player to continue.

The last player standing will receive the cash prize along with a two-night VIP stay at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas.

One of the survivors is Mark Niemerow of Thousand Oaks. His Friday selection was fifth race winner Jolly Days.

Giovanni Oldano of Weston, Fl., Ken Egan (Princeton, N.J.) and Ted Chankin (Hewlett, N.Y.) also remain.

Like Niemerow, Oldano chose Jolly Days. Egan and Chankin picked Marinda, who was third in the same race.

Rogers Bond of Solana Beach was eliminated when After Later, the 7-5 favorite in the sixth, finished fifth.
